Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding pays for the disability support workers to support you to live independently in your home.
It can be your own home, whether you are living in group accommodation, a private rental, with your family, or in your own property.
SIL does not include rent, board and lodging or other day-to-day living expenses such as food and activities. It also does not include the capital costs associated with a participant’s accommodation. It also does not include utilities charges such as gas, water, electricity.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.
