What is Short Term Accommodation (STA)?

Short Term Accommodation, including respite, is support for when you need to live out of home for a short period.

STA funding can be used for respite to support you and your carers. This gives your carers a short break from their caring role.

What’s included in our Short Term Accommodation (STA)?

24/7 assistance from our certified support staff to cater to all your needs
Individual care throughout the day and night
Proper nutritional meals are provided
Assistance with taking medication
Assisted transportation
Learn new skills and try new hobbies
Leisure activities of your choosing such as picnics, movies, cooking classes
Cultural and religious activities
Develop a healthy routine
Participate in fun activities
Interact with new people and make new friends

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

We are dedicated to offering fully accessible specialist disability accommodation that fulfils all your NDIS needs. We specialise in designing and constructing custom homes tailored to individuals with lived experience of disability. With our expertise in creating fully accessible. accommodation, we ensure that every aspect of our SDA meets the highest standards, enabling individuals to thrive and lead meaningful lives.

There are four design categories for NDIS participants that meet SDA funding eligibility. All homes will offer 24/7 on-site care.

Improved Liveability

A shared home environment with two other house mates for people with sensory, intellectual, or cognitive impairment.

Fully Accessible

A home providing high- level physical access for people with significant physical impairment, shared with two other house mates.

Robust

A self-contained single occupancy villa for people with significant or profound intellectual disabilities to promote independence.

High Supports

A shared home with two housemates, with 24/7 support for people with high complex needs to feel safe and independent.
